Specialization: legalization of IT specialists, entrepreneurs, and families.
“There are four of us - my husband, our two kids, and me. Three different residence grounds, each with its own paperwork. I would have drowned in it. Honestly, the most valuable thing wasn't even the cards - it's that at some point I simply stopped thinking about it all. They send it over - I sign. That's it.”

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to get a Karta Pobytu?+
The cost of support depends on the type of legalization you choose and the complexity of your case. You can review our support packages on our website. If your situation is non-standard — for example, the application has already been submitted and proceedings have begun — the cost may be lower. Get in touch and we'll assess your situation and suggest the best support option.
How long does the residence permit process take?+
Timelines depend on the city of submission and application type: the statutory term is up to 60 days from a complete application; in practice, 6 to 12 months. You stay in Poland legally for the entire review period.
What should I do if my Karta Pobytu was refused?+
We have successful experience with appeals. We will audit your case and prepare an appeal or a repeat application with strengthened argumentation.
Can documents be submitted remotely?+
We prepare the documents and arrange submission to MOS remotely via Google Meet. That said, in most cases you need to be in Poland to apply for a residence permit. A personal visit to the office is required only to give fingerprints.
Do you work with IT specialists on B2B?+
Yes, IT legalization is one of our key specializations. We work with both employees and freelancers on B2B.
