Key requirements
- A valid enrollment at an accredited Polish university or other educational institution
- Proof of tuition payment or a scholarship
- Sufficient funds: more than 1010 zł per month for living expenses (2026) — for a first-year student, 15 months in advance, plus funds for a return ticket
- Health insurance for the entire period of stay
- Confirmed accommodation (dormitory, rental)

Checking enrollment and documents
We check the documents from the university, assess whether all the necessary confirmations are in place, and explain the procedure.

Preparing the document package
We fill out the application form and collect certificates from the university, financial documents, insurance, and proof of accommodation.

Electronic filing via MOS
From 27 April 2026 — filing is electronic only, via MOS: we prepare the application with the new-format zaświadczenie from the university, you sign it via profil zaufany, then biometrics follow by appointment.

Monitoring and communication
We track the case review process, respond promptly to requests from the authorities, keep documents up to date, and prepare a ponaglenie. All stages and changes to your case are available to you through the platform.

Obtaining the Karta Pobytu
